The Asian Development Bank (ADB) signed a $37.8 million loan deal today in Ha Noi, Vietnam, with Thai company TTC Energy Development Investment Joint Stock Company (TTC Energy) to support the development of a new large-scale solar power plant in the Tay Ninh Province.
